50p a mile could save a mother’s life in Ukraine or Albania. With no proper pre- or post natal care, giving birth can be tragic. Your 50p a mile would buy everything a new mother needs, including medicines and clothing.

£2 per mile could buy a poor family a pig, providing a valuable source of income as they breed (and food as well!).
