Governance

Our Trustees have overall control and responsibility for Mission Without Borders and are the people who lead the charity and decide how it is run. Their skills, knowledge and experience are called upon to shape the progress and development of the Mission.

Michael Thomas (Chairman)

Michael worked in the UK in the business and retail sectors and founded and ran his own print shop. In addition to this experience, he worked 25 years in intercultural and international Christian missions as a manager and in other leadership positions.  Michael strives to connect people with Christ and has a special desire to help the poor and needy in Eastern Europe.

Stephen Young

Stephen spent 34 years at KPMG, the last 23 of them as partner. Stephen was a senior and managing partner in the KPMG Baltics and Belarus practice in Northern Central Europe. His main areas of activity were auditing, corporate acquisition and forensic consulting. Stephen has accounting qualifications from his time in the UK and Australia.
